Tony Carter, CPT
Tony is a NFPT Certified Personal Trainer. He has a deep passion for fitness, and a great understanding of the human body. Tony likes to keep workouts fun and intense by incorporating a variety of functional and resistance training techniques such as plyometrics, supersets, circuit training, timed sets, traditional strength training, and calisthenics. Tony would love to meet with you and create a simple and effective workout plan designed to help you reach your personal fitness goals.

Lead Yoga Instructor
Cindy is a certified yoga instructor and leads the program at Positively Fit. She is a married mother of two sons, an engineer and a commercial diver. Cindy is a retired Emergency Medical Technician and a small business owner.
Cindy started teaching at Positively Fit in 2014 shortly after completing her 200 hour training. As a member of the over 50 club, she has experienced many transformations in both her physical and spiritual life and is a passionate teacher, willing to share her experience, strength and hope with all of her students. She has a joy and passion for teaching which some might say is infectious. Cindy supports her students both on and off their mats and has a huge presence in the yoga community. Her classes are both challenging and joy filled. Cindy is known for her servant’s heart, being always available to others.
Some of the workshops she has taken are Power Yoga Basics, Mommastae and Forty Days to a Personal Revolution. Cindy also teaches Yoga Nidra and holds a current Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga certification which she received from Black Creek Outfitters in June of 2014. Cindy Rowe’s main focus is to impart all of the wisdom which she has gained to improve the spiritual and physical lives of others. She currently holds a 500 RYT certification, completed in 2016.
